According to the Federal Trade Commission “Identity theft” is the fastest growing white-collar crime in America . There have been 27.3 million victims in the last 5 years. Thieves are now stealing 3100 identities worldwide each week.

What is identity theft?
Identity theft occurs when someone uses your name, address, Social Security number (SSN), bank or credit card account number, or other identifying information without your knowledge to commit fraud or other crimes.
